Australia’s Greenest City

You could be living in Australia’s greenest city. In 2018 Campbelltown City Council unveiled its plan to create Australia’s Greenest City with a strategy to include 400ha health and education precinct. The area would see paediatrics, Aboriginal services and gastro motility specialists set up shop within a stone’s throw of Campbelltown Hospital – to bring medical science, research and education together in the one area.

Campbelltown mayor George Brticevic said growth was coming to the city, but it was up to council to ensure the area was a place “people will want to invest in, want to live in and want to visit”.

Menangle Park is a unique location in the Sydney region. It is one of the few areas to offer a freshwater beach, pristine bushland, sports ovals, and planned parks all in one place. This variety will give you many reasons to embrace an active lifestyle and recharge.

The developer (Dahua Group Australia) of Menangle Park is focusing on creating an active, engaged, and a walkable neighbourhood.
