Campbelltown is the fastest growing economic region in Australia, which will offer affordable living close to employment and leisure centres.

Campbelltown City Council aims to create 200,000 job opportunities over the next 25 years to support the local population growth estimated at 800,000.

Aerotropolis

Menangle Park could benefit from employment opportunities created by the Aerotropolis which is merely 40 mins drive from Menangle Park and will be the closest international airport once the planned new Western Sydney (Nancy-Bird Walton) International Airport is developed.

Sydney Science Park

Sydney Science Park is set over 280 hectares and is located in the strategic ‘Western Sydney Priority Growth Area’ at Luddenham. With convenient access to both the M4 and M7 motorways, it is 3 km north of the new Aerotropolis. The project is expected to create more than 12,000 jobs, 10,000 students and be home to more than 10,000 residents.
